Fundamentals
Teaches proper technique, mechanics, and form for various functional and dynamic movements. At CrossFit Crude, we prioritize proper mechanics and consistency of movement before intensity.
If you are new to CrossFit, you are encouraged to complete a Fundamentals class within your first three months of CrossFit (free of charge).
If you are new to CrossFit, you are expected to complete a Fundamentals class within your first month of CrossFit.
Rowing Clinic
One hour clinic for new and intermediate rowers to perfect their technique, understand concepts of the ergometer, and improve their rowing conditioning.

This 6-week program focuses on fundamental strength movements, cardio endurance, balance, agility, team building, and improved confidence. The goal of the program is to empower children and provide them with a lifelong love for exercise.
